Interior & Exterior House Painting
Most of what we do is straightforward: make a house that has gone chalky, faded or dated look sharp again, without living in a construction zone for three weeks.
What's included
- Whole-house interiors, single rooms, ceilings and trim
- Stucco, wood siding, fiber cement and board-and-batten exteriors
- Doors, garage doors, shutters, eaves and fascia
- Color consultation and sample boards before anything gets sprayed
Interiors get furniture moved and wrapped, floors covered wall to wall, nail holes and drywall dings patched, then cut and rolled two coats. Exteriors start with a pressure wash and a day of prep — scraping loose paint, patching stucco cracks, re-caulking every window and trim seam, spot-priming bare wood and bleeding knots. In San Diego County the finish coat is rarely what fails first; the caulk line and the south-west elevation are, which is why we spend real time there.

How long does a whole-house repaint take?
A typical interior runs 3–5 working days. A typical exterior runs 4–7, depending on how much stucco patching and scraping the house needs.
Do I have to move out?
No. We work room by room on interiors and keep the house livable. Exteriors do not disrupt the inside at all.
How many coats do you apply?
Two finish coats as standard, plus primer wherever we hit bare substrate, stains or a big color change.
