Painting Padres is based in Fallbrook, CA and works the whole county. We are a small, consistent crew — the same faces on your property from the first day of prep to the final walkthrough. No rotating subcontractors, no mystery van in the driveway.

Prep is the job
Pressure wash, scrape, patch stucco cracks, caulk every seam, prime bare spots. Paint is the last thing that happens, not the first.
Same crew, start to finish
You meet the crew lead on day one and he is there on the walkthrough. No rotating subs, no mystery van in the driveway.
Written scope, no surprises
Every quote lists coats, products, prep and what is excluded. The number you approve is the number you pay.
Clean at the end of every day
Drops pulled, gear stacked, driveway swept. You keep living in the house while we work.
The process
What a job actually looks like

Walkthrough
We walk the property with you, note every problem area, and talk through color and sheen.

Written scope
An itemized estimate: coats, products, prep, what is included and what is not.

Prep days
Wash, scrape, patch, caulk and prime. This is where a paint job is won or lost.

Paint & walk
Two finish coats, then a walkthrough together with a punch list before we invoice.
